1. Dispatch/Delivery Costs
We deliver Swiss Post. You receive your parcel within 3-5 days, subject to the condition that the ordered articles are in stock. If one oder more articles are not available, you will receive a part-delivery. Missing articles will be delivered at no charge. If an article is out of stock, we will advise you and your pre-payment will be refunded immediately.

2. Delivery costs
Depend on the article weight. The exact amount is shown at the end of the order procedure. You will pay the delivery costs once only, even if we send a subsequent delivery.

Costs for the return shipments are borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
